UNILOCK UB04 Heavy Duty Automatic Door Bottom Drop Seal is specially engineered for industrial, factory, hotels, hospitals, music studios and oversized doors requiring maximum protection, smoke seal and acoustic performance. This fully mortised seal features a robust spring system that delivers stable, powerful compression with long-term durability. Its automatic drop-down function lifts the seal clear when the door opens and works seamlessly on doors, with self-leveling action and adjustable brass strike for precise operation. Equipped with an oversized EPDM honeycomb foam gasket, the UB04 ensures superior sound insulation even in the most demanding environments. Installed securely through screw-mounted wings and finished with aluminum alloy end caps, it blends perfectly with the door design.
