Surface Mount Drop Seal

The UNILOCK UB12 is a surface-mounted automatic drop seal designed for retrofit and new door applications. It is ideal for existing doors where improved acoustic, smoke, weather and dust sealing performance is required.

Its surface-mounted design enables quick and easy installation without removing the door. The high-grade PVC gasket features height adjustment to achieve optimum sealing performance.

The UB12 can also be installed on either side of the door using the optional mounting bracket and bumper kit.
