Engineered to disappear within the door leaf, the UB07 automatic drop seal delivers reliable acoustic, smoke, light, and draught protection without altering the appearance of the opening.

Activated by a precision plunger mechanism, the seal automatically lowers when the door closes and retracts completely when opened. With up to 13 mm sealing capability, UB07 maintains consistent floor contact across uneven surfaces while preserving effortless door operation.
