Heavy Duty Automatic Drop Seal

The UNILOCK UB03 is a fully mortised automatic drop seal featuring a unique M-type spring mechanism that lifts the seal clear of the floor when the door is opened. The silicone gasket is specifically designed for acoustic, smoke and fire-rated door applications.

The seal operates automatically by contact with an adjustable strike mounted on the door jamb. It can also be factory-installed into the bottom rail of metal doors, including aluminum doors, and features height adjustment to achieve optimum sealing performance.

For maximum acoustic and smoke sealing performance, combine the UNILOCK UB03 with the UNILOCK UAF78 perimeter seal.

The UB03 automatic drop seal lowers precisely as the door closes and retracts completely when opened, creating an effective barrier against sound, smoke, draughts, and light without affecting everyday operation.

Its M-type spring mechanism and silicone gasket provide smooth, dependable sealing performance across floor gaps of up to 14 mm, making it suitable for both timber and aluminium door systems.
